Refund Policy

Before Approval

Payment reserves your selected ZIP-style area while the listing is manually reviewed. If a submission is rejected, we may offer a chance to revise it or issue a refund for the rejected ZIP-style area.

After Approval

Once a listing is approved and published, the purchase is generally final and non-refundable because the permanent listing has been created. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Unavailable ZIPs

Checkout re-checks availability before payment. If a conflict is discovered after payment, the unavailable ZIP-style area will not be published and will be refunded or resolved with you manually.

Abuse and Removals

Listings removed for fraud, malware, illegal content, adult content, impersonation, or other serious policy violations may not be eligible for refund.
